  It took them forever to actually come to my home, just for the technician to charge me 100 dollars and not even fix anything. The problem I have has gotten worse and I am now having to look for a different company to actually fix the problem.

  "I don't make the prices of the burgers I just sell them". $600+ to change out a failing capacitor (while im out of town). Only for me to get home and realize the capacitor isn't changed out( which was the issue) from the tech. Your patch lasted a month. Coming from someone who use to work on AC units, im disappointed. I fixed the issue by replacing the failing capacitor. You had me over a barrel and made me think I'm grateful.

  We have been on the maintenance plan for 7 years. My AC was working fine, tech came out to service system and did not work when tech left. Another tech came out the next day to see the issue and determined it was a bad capacitor. AccuTemp billed me $110 for the dispatch issue that they caused. The tech even looked me in the eyes and said that I would not be billed for the dispatch. After 7 years of paying these guys monthly, they won’t get another dime from me.

  The intake coordinator/dispatch operator, I can’t exactly remember her name but I believe it was Kierdra maybe, was AWESOME! She was personable, understanding & helpful!! She was so caring & easy to talk to that I immediately felt relief after our call ended because I knew she was getting me the assistance I needed quickly. I wish I would have written down her full name to send her a huge THANK YOU! Noah Brackett & Chase Keller were dispatched to my home on Saturday July 26, 2025 to assess an urgent HVAC/Plumbing issue. They worked together to solve the problem. Both were extremely knowledgeable, communicative, personal, considerate & respectful. They explained the issues, options, processes, & quotes. They were very thorough, answered my questions, and educated me on the basic mechanics of my home HVAC & Plumbing situation. They are both subject matter experts in their trade. They went above and beyond, ensuring there wasn’t water leaking in my attic that had the potential of resulting in significant damage & repair costs. Noah and Chase were like having a friend of the family over to help you in a time of need. I cannot say enough good things about these two young men. I was extremely impressed with their exceptional quality of service. The team was wonderful & accutemp services, both past and present, are OUTSTANDING! I highly recommend accutemp to others. I am a customer for life.
