  The Access Garage Door’s Residential Technician Coordinator Randy was able to squeeze my service urgent request into a very regimented schedule. He was able to send a technician Zack “L” to solve my remote garage door opener problem, and he got the “W.” Zack is a talented professional technician and helped fix my problem in his visit. I am grateful to both Randy and Zack for their outstanding service.

  Access came to my house to look at a broken garage door. Because the manufacturer wasn't one they were familiar with, they limited the initial visit so that I wouldn't be charged for additional time while they waited on the phone. After they were able to get the manufacturer on the phone, they found that the opener had a "soft recall". They arranged it so that they could get the recalled parts free of charge and are planning to come out and replace the parts for all three of my garage door openers for the cost of a single service call. Great interaction.

  Wonderful service! Our service tech with access Doors was named Hayden and he was awesome. He knew how to repair our old garage door opener and he did a great job installing a new unit on our second door. We really appreciate him taking the time to explain all the options to us and receiving the military discount.

  Very pleased with service provided by Access Garage Doors of Chattanooga. I always appreciate a well run business. Prompt assistance on phone. Ability to schedule service within a day of call. Texted, called and emailed when on their way. Service guy, Blake gave options to replace ancient chain drive motor and got the job done in under an hour. He was professional, courteous and didn't push stuff i didn't need or want. Access Garage will be my go-to for garage door needs. VERY PLEASED.

  It isn't much fun when your car is trapped in the garage because the garage door is broken and won't open. Brett and Zack with Access Garage solved that problem in a hurry. With one look, they knew exactly what was wrong. They troubleshooted the rest of the equipment, too. The price for the repair was very reasonable. I highly recommend Access Garage and Brett and Zack for anything concerning garage doors and garage door equipment.
