  So far, I am very pleased with my elevator. The people who did the prep work and installation were very pleasant and efficient. My problem was with the other people I dealt with, or didn't deal with. It would be very helpful if they could keep customers apprised of the status of their order. I spent too much time wondering what was going on.

  We had a lift put in at masonic lodge in Waynesburg PA, and every throughout the entire process went great.

  not professional .. claims services they do not provide.. hope you have better luck than our family had... but I would try someplace else... first

  If I could do zero stars I would. We purchased a stair lift for my 87 year old mother & it has been a nightmare for the last year ( at least). The lift has completely stopped working MUTLIPLE times requiring service calls, sometimes twice a month. If the unit goes down on a weekend, forget it. No service. So if you have a disabled family member you are quite literally stuck. Unless you can carry them down the stairs. Even her physical therapist commented on the poor quality of this unit the first time she came to the house. A unit we were sold, by the way, as “the top of the line”. It’s bad enough to feel that we have been scammed, but when our mother’s very safety is put at risk, it disgusting.
