  Went in to buy ammo, but the line at the front was packed. I’ve bought ammo at the gun counter before, so I went there instead. The employee refused to ring me up, even though no one was waiting and several people were just standing around browsing. It would’ve taken him two minutes to make the sale, but instead, I walked out empty-handed. Poor customer service — you lost both a sale and a repeat customer.

  WORST customer service! Went to get my 5 year old a new fishing pole. Could not find anyone to help us, and the poles were so high so we could not see prices. Manager came over, knew nothing about the poles. Finally I looked online and ordered one that was for IN STORE pick up. It was on sale- they said they can’t price match, so it could only be ordered online for that price- they wouldn’t let me take the pole with me- said I had to wait until the “lady who does online orders” comes back from her break. Should be about 30 min. So I left with my son, called 2 hours later, by a lady named Melissa who was so rude. Said that this was going to be shipped, I said NO MAAM… it’s for a pick up order and the pole is up front. She continued telling me no, that was not the right pole, and it will be shipped. Nope…. 5 days later still says pick up and order is in process. Terrible experience, do better with your hiring Academy!!!!
