  This store has a trend of cancelling online pick up orders. I received a cancellation notification just 1 minute after I got the order confirmation. The messages reads “Academy.com: Order Cancellation. As you requested, we've canceled Order #….”. I did not request the order be cancelled. This has happened multiple times for different orders as well.

  Let me just say when I was in the store shopping it was okay when we go to check out the cashier is bent over riding on some paper and smacking her gum and she didn't say not one word to us and she heard us talking she knew we were there but she continued smacking her gum back in the day when I was growing up and working we weren't allowed to chew gum at work now I know why because her smacking was really rude not only that she didn't even say anything to us give me a minute or anything

  My package was shipped out from this store. Stanley was shipped without wrapping and came dented. The pair of shoes was totally different than what I ordered AND still had security tag on. It was a pain to return them since it looked like they were stolen off the rack.
