  Had a pickup for someone else and she wasn't able to put my name as Pickup. So we FaceTime her. The girl that helped me was real nice. However the curly headed guy that brought us all the soccer goals we bought was very rude!! He asked for my ID which is understandable but I told him I wasn't on there bc it wouldn't let the lady that place order he said ok whatever!!!! Didn't say thank you kiss my butt or anything! Academy needs to teach customer service. Very disrespectful

  They would not let me buy a simple airsoft gun. We are in America guys why can’t I buy a plastic piece of equipment. I can go to my local walmart and buy “Electronics Duster” Which In my humble opinion this is way more harmful than an airsoft gun. Let a guy have fun.

  Went to look at bicycles and had to use rest room it was closed , WHAT NO RESTROOM. WHERE DO THE EMPLOYEES GO? maybe in their depends.

  Won’t answer the phone. Called like 3 departments and it rang about 20 times and nobody ever picked up.
