  It's academy...what's not to love! Need to mention tho., I called earlier in the day looking for something specific and when to got there that evening to picking up,the same employee recognized and helped ne in person. So that was pretty cool

  Just try to find someone to help you on the floor. Lousy service. Talking about Kyle. Went to San Marcos and they had what wanted...Lodge socks.

  Went to the Nike store to buy about 10-15 backpacks but the manager wouldn't let's buy more then 10. Came to academy and when we asked. They said you can buy as many as you want. Was very satisfied with there customer service and professionalism. Will forever come back to academy from now on.

  Product selection is 5 ⭐ Skill of workers 1 ⭐ - had to ask a manager where the sports equipment was. That's not a good sign Availability of customer service reps 1 ⭐ Stood in line waiting for cashier when 4 reps were standing around checkout.

  Brandon the logistics manager helped me with an order that was canceled by another store, he had Mia bring me some shoes that were better than what I intended to buy. They excelled in customer service and went above and beyond my expectations.
