  Had a bad experience today with customer service, husband and I were in line to pay and they were only checking customers out at customer service area here around 1:30pm. There was someone infront of us and they got checked out and after was the other customer on the other isles turn. Well the worker kept letting people on that isle go first and he looked at us several times but kept telling them to go ahead and come up. Never said or signaled us to go like he did to the others on the other isle. Very rude and kept doing it purposely. And when there was no one left there he asked us to go to register 3 and attended someone else. And shouted to us “ 3” in Spanish. Hmmmmm. Not sure what his issue was.

  I saw an item on the store’s website that was on sale, so I drove up to shop and pick it up in person. When I got there, the item was priced higher in-store. I was told they only price match other stores, not their own website, and that if I wanted the online price, I’d have to place an order for in-store pickup and wait about 30 minutes. Kind of disappointing and inconvenient. It would be nice if the store honored their own online prices for walk-in customers. Experiences like this encourage customers to just shop online instead via brick and mortar.

  A big shout out to Corey who went out of his way tonight to not only assist us with finding a basketball goal but helped us move things around to load it up. Very nice, professional and stand up guy. The best customer service we’ve received anywhere in a long time.
