- TWTonya WashingtonSep 6, 20251.0Very poor experience today. Went in to purchase rain boots from the clearance section that said 50% off. There were 3 pair left in the store. Got to the register to pay and they scanned at full price. I asked about the location and to honor the price but was told that was now the boot section clearly located under the CLEARANCE yellow sign. I was told they were moved and that is now the boot section and the clearance signage was not honored. I will be reaching out to corporate and the store manager. Even a work in the shoe department said the boots had been moved from the “boot section” because there were only three pair left. I would not have a problem paying full price had the boots been located in the correct place. I’ve spent well over $700 in the store over the last 5 weeks. To say I’m disappointed in the way this was handled is an understatement. I wish every item I’ve purchased could be returned now. Do not respond to me with a cookie cutter answer unless you’re prepared to make this right. Highly disappointed and you’ve risked loosing a customer and my family behind $20.
