    When you're a shoe store...But are also into hostile architecture. or.. If you're ever curious about if customer convenience is the actual goal. This should tell you. But they had what we were looking for in spite of that so can't complain too much. :p

    Really cool sports store! Prices are great, the quality is amazing of the items and most of all the service is unbeatable! Austin is a really friendly guy and he is the great face of the store. He is so welcoming in sincere and made my day!

    Very poor experience today. Went in to purchase rain boots from the clearance section that said 50% off. There were 3 pair left in the store. Got to the register to pay and they scanned at full price. I asked about the location and to honor the price but was told that was now the boot section clearly located under the CLEARANCE yellow sign. I was told they were moved and that is now the boot section and the clearance signage was not honored. I will be reaching out to corporate and the store manager. Even a work in the shoe department said the boots had been moved from the “boot section” because there were only three pair left. I would not have a problem paying full price had the boots been located in the correct place. I’ve spent well over $700 in the store over the last 5 weeks. To say I’m disappointed in the way this was handled is an understatement. I wish every item I’ve purchased could be returned now. Do not respond to me with a cookie cutter answer unless you’re prepared to make this right. Highly disappointed and you’ve risked loosing a customer and my family behind $20.
