  Heather in shoes was extremely helpful in my work boot purchase. She knew their inventory well and showed me the specialty insoles. Came here after Redwing in Springdale and was impressed. Ended up going with the Ariat Rebar safety toe. Thank you for your help!

  Anytime I've looked at guns here, the gun salesmen act like a bunch of know-it-alls and treat you like an idiot, like they don't even want to sell the firearm to you. Go to Bass Pro — my personal experiences with them have been great; they truly want to educate you on the firearms. It's awesome. I'd do a one-star, but the rest of the store is fine, so I'm not going to give a bad review over one bad department.
