  If you’re handicapped, or need to use an electric cart, don’t come here during whatever the employee called “overstock season”, because you’ll have a hard time getting around anywhere, and a harder time finding an employee that gives a damn that you took time out of your day to spend your money while in a cast. Furthermore, if you happen to make it down an aisle, and see something on sale, pay no attention. That sale marked item doesn’t count until it’s rang up at the register, no matter if there is a group (Columbia wind breaker) of them hanging under a sign that said 30% off… and don’t expect to find an employee to offer anything but “I guess we hung it in the wrong spot”. Way to go Academy. Don’t count on me giving you an opportunity to treat me like that twice.

  Best Academy I’ve shopped in, it’s very organized and very clean in there. Easy to find everything, all the employees and management is are very helpful. Me and my family were very happy shopping here

  I went to this store today. I have only been once before. The main reason was to look for some sketchers and they had a good sale. I walked in with my friend and she went her way for what she was wanting and I went to the shoes. I browsed the shoes department and did not find the sketchers I liked. Since I never really go to Academy, I decided to walk around and look at clothes and camping stuff just to browse then I sat down at the front waiting for my friend to finish. Anyway, we did not purchase anything but as we walked out they stopped us as the front and said "We have been monitoring your shopping habbits and do not come back to the store." I have never in my whole life been told something like this. This has litterally upset me so bad I don't understand why and the guy wouldn't tell me. I am writing corporate.
