  I bought a blow up queen mattress. It. Would not stay inflated so I took it back. I did not have my receipt but I had my bank statement.Were I purchased it on my debit card all I wanted was a nether , a store credit. The cashier said I could not return or get a refund or a different box? I asked why not. She said people are using them and returning them? I said I'd like another one maybe this is defective? She said did you contact the manufacturer? I said no idea just like a different one. She said sorry we can't do that...I proceeded to leave and I said keep it what am I going to do with a defective mattress...I walked out very upset. I will never go back ...

  This store and its return policy ripped my child off on a defective product.

  Spent 2 hours in the store only have one associate asked if I needed help did not find what I was looking for

  They have good stuff and plenty of help. The issue was I asked for Padded Bike Shorts and they were too busy doing markdowns to help me. She pointed to 3 different brands and thats all she offered. Never found them. Went to parking lot and ordered from Amazon. Your help is walking business because either she didnt know or just didnt want to help me. She had markdowns to do. That was more important to her. There were so many workers in there to NOT get help.

  BEWARE!!!!! STAY VIGILANT! Keep YOUR EYES ON YOUR KIDS!!! It’s a lot of weird activity in this store. I’ll never return here again!
