  Disappointed today. I’ve been a loyal customer of this store for many years, but today’s experience was really disappointing. I needed help finding the right size for a pair of soccer shoes, but there was no staff available. I walked around trying to find assistance and even went up to the front desk to ask for help. They told me to go back and someone would assist me but after waiting another over 10 minutes, no one ever showed up. I ended up leaving without getting any help.

  Ordered online and received product with brown stains and the security ink tag still attached. Customer service was absolutely horrible in store and online. Will never shop at Academy again.
