  Went to grab a set of sunglasses. Solid 20mins looking, plenty of associates around, cashier had no one in line for a good 7mins never approached,I had to go ask some one else, then he first goes to check the staff schedule to have an issue why no one's available, sounds good right? But you could tell her was frustrated he had to be the one.. Then makes you feel rushed to check. I'm spending $150-300 on sunglasses. Naw, I went to Dicks found exactly what I needed and they were super kind and helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I got the style and color options.

  Got in fast. Found What I wanted. And then on my way. Very easy to find. Very easy to navigate in store. I did not look around too much. Just Got what I needed.

  Absolutely fantastic customer service from Chester at the Hoover location!! I tried calling the 280 store for a solid 30 min and no one answered the phone even once! I gave up and called the Hoover location, Chester answered the phone on the first ring and went to find a specific item in store for me while I’m headed that way to buy it. Stock showed they only had 1 and he made sure to lay his hands on it to confirm it’s there. It’s the little things that matter and this is great customer service! Y’all need to teach that 280 store how to do the same!
