  Dropped $2000 in a single purchase; grill and several accompanying items. The cashier was clueless and didn’t answer my questions. The clerk who was supposed to bring my items to load into my truck refused. Saying “we can’t load it into a truck bed, and we can’t allow you to load it yourself.” Immediately returned everything, and the customer service desk/manager (I assume) could care less that I’m immediately returning thousands of merchandise over something this dumb. I do appreciate the fresh reminder of why I’ve never shopped here in the past.

  Terrible service!! Second time in the past week I have been ignored at the gun/binocular counter. Stood for over 10 minutes while three employees passed by. Finally, after someone else came to the counter, one of the employees Slowly walked over to wait on them. After another couple of minutes, I spoke up and told him about my wait, and he looked at me as if he did not give a damn. I told the people at the front desk, and they looked just as puzzled. Was going to buy a $110 pair of binoculars, but bought a $125 pair at Dicks instead. Will be a very long time before I go back to this store!!

  I like coming here, I like the variety. Prices are decent on a sale. Store is orderly and it’s easy to find things.
