  An absolute JOKE. Customer service here is a masterclass in retail. I made a transaction a week ago here, took 30 minutes to find the receipt- the manager and the employee looked at me like i was a scammer. Somehow my card doesn’t pull up in their system, so we’re just waiting and i had to explain multiple times that i purchased an item that had two items inside of it each of them with unique barcodes, so if it was broken apart it could still (and is sold) individually. They “have to make a phone call” and brought another manager, who wanted me to walk away with 10%, yes, 10% of the individual item because “the system said it” even though it would be put RIGHT BACK on the shelf for… guess what? Full price. So the second manager inspects each box (even though they were unopened of course) which seemed VERY out of left field. Do NOT shop here- if theres any good deals, it’s usually online, and their customer support is superior when you place an online order anyway.
