Then she looks past us to call the person who just walked up, who gestured her to us. When we coughed she looked up and said you have to wait in line. There was no one in line behind us 5 minutes ago while we were waiting. It’s only because we saw you here playing on your phone that we approached the counter. She then commented “well the lines back that way.”
