  I asked a guy by the name Ryan with long blonde hair for finding some certain items and he replied with someone’s calling me I have to go to the back it was rude and I didn’t appreciate it I will not be coming back.

  Undertrained kid in the firearm section called manager for help multiple times, manager would not come (manager Jamie). Finally came 30 minutes later and they both were very uneducated on the firearms, borderline not safe. Proceeded to sell me incorrect ammunition for the gun I had just purchased and then would not exchange the bullets they had just sold me (could have potentially blown my hand off the first time I shot it with the ammunition they sold me). Manager also had attitude with me and my husband while we tried to inform her that the bullets she had sold us can be extremely dangerous with the kind of firearm they sold us, also had attitude with employees, manager was definitely the issue. This is a textbook issue with undertrained/underpaid staff working for a business that should not be selling firearms.
