  They had everything I needed, the Decatur, AL store is usually well stocked, and of they don't have it they will offer to go online and order 4 u.

  Called the store four times. Went through every number on there department list. No one would pick up the phone. Even use numbers sometimes not on the department list. Trying to find something that would get through pitiful

  this store is a joke. I recently turned 21 and my parents took me here to purchase my first firearm. We were talking to a very nice young guy at the counter when Jennifer walked up very rude and interrupted us. The firearm was going in my name but for my birthday it was gonna be bought for me. However, Jennifer would not accept my mom’s card and absolutely needed mine. I gave her my card and proceeded. My mother then showed me money that she had in her wallet and said “ I have this and will just pay you back” my mom NEVER gave me the money, just showed me it. Jennifer then came walking by and yelled “ do not give her money in front of the cameras and this counter, do not give her money” my mom stated it wasn’t to purchase the firearm since I was using my card. Jennifer then got very rude and my mom walked away. Jennifer stated “you can’t give money in front of cameras or they will think your buying it for them” in my opinion is crazy considering it’s a free country and if my mom wanted to give me money she could and it would of never been used. I proceeded with the purchase and Jennifer started walking me out, when she seen my mom waiting she started mumbling and my mom told her “shut up, and stay out of my business” Jennifer then proceeded to follow her out and started laughing. She then shoved the bag in my hands at the door and told me “ happy belated birthday” very rudely. This is NOT how customer service should be! I honestly should of told Jennifer to take the gun that I didn’t want it anymore because of how she treated us. My mom has put firearms in her name and purchased them with my fathers card. My mother in law has pit firearms in her name and purchased them with her husbands card. I will not be back. I’ve seen so many bad reviews on “Jennifer”. Obviously nothing has been done about her. Do better.
