  They denied a return and told me to take it to the store I pursued. I called customer support after and they told me that is ok to return it at any academy store.

  Pleasant greeting from an officer at the door. Went in for a pair of working boots. I didn't see anyone around the shoe section that could help. I struggled a bit but I was able to grab what I needed. It will be very helpful to have a reacher close by to grab what's way up there. Anyways, as usual store is clean and organized. My cashier was very sweet. She wanted to make sure I found what I needed. Please commend her for her knowledge and professionalism.

  They do not honor their own online pricing. So I went it bought it online took it to the register and were basically calling me a thief, no one wanted to me attention to me and made me me wait about an hour to take off with it. I did them the favor and already took it off the shelf and walk it to the front had my oiline receipt. Customer service is horrible!
