Normally I’d go to the Irmo location, however due to road construction in that area decided to go here (a mistake). That was my first time at that store, so I asked an employee where the boots were he laughed and mumbled that more than a quarter of the store was shoes. I didn’t remember asking him that. I was thrown back by the lack of customer service. I asked for his name so that when I spoke to the manager I’d know who he was, he didn’t say anything. After speaking with the manager, I doubt if that employee was reprimanded at all. Big box stores are failing b/c of the unnecessarily poor customer service that was delivered during my visit. Maybe try the location in Irmo or Dicks Sporting Goods.
