- DLdavid lyndallOct 23, 20251.0Terrible customer service. Sold me a product and didnt disclose their no return policy. It is not present anywhere around the product and items related. Cashiers do not inform you. If you buy anything from them and they deem nit in their policy they are not liable. Item broke day one and zero help from the store. Contacted manufacturer and they said they will respond in 4- 6 weeks with a replacement or part. This is a defective part with clear damage. Pathetic policy and management. Avoid. Buy from you local stores atleast they value their customer and stand behind their products.. I have videos of their store not displaying their policy, nor is it on a receipt. Good con Academy!
