  They were out of stock of the item I was looking for even though online said they had one left. The employee helped me try and find the item. Most likely somebody stole it or it was misplaced. Still good customer service

  Walked in looking for a bike for my daughter, guy had just rolled out a pink just right size bike on the floor. In and out in 7 minutes flat.

  My family and I visited on a Sunday afternoon/evening to purchase a couple of bicycles and received wonderful assistance upon request. The atmosphere was welcoming and laid back. We enjoyed the liberty to test the bikes and left confident with our selections. The items we purchased were also reasonably priced and affordable. Two thumbs up 👍👍

  Made an order over website where I would pick the item up at the store. Waited an hour and never received a notice that it was ready for pickup. Arrived at store and after asking twice about my order an hour later I finally received my order. Something seriously wrong at this store and that is why I only use the one on 41st Street normally.
