  Bought a shirt here about 6 weeks ago and wore it just a few times and it has holes in the front. Went to exchange it and they wouldn’t do it. I paid 50.00 for this shirt! Needless to say, I will not be buying clothes here again.

  Clean store, decent selection, clean bathrooms, but they could broaden their fishing section.

  UPDATE: I once had a 5 star for this place, but they really messed up regarding a return. I changed to a 1 star. However, after emails with corporate, they are taking fair care of me. And I appreciate their due diligence. I'll go back to a 4. Maybe we can eventually go back to a 5.

  Overall a good experience at Academy Sports + Outdoors. The cashier was very friendly and the customer service agent went out of their way to be helpful, which made checkout smooth. The only downside was the attendant in the shoe department, who wasn’t as friendly or approachable as the rest of the team. Still, I was able to find what I needed and appreciated the great service from the front of the store.
