I've been a lifelong Academy customer and I cut up my Academy credit card after visiting the store and I'll never spend any money with this company again. They refused to exchange a pair of shoes that was falling apart after less than 3 months. Keeyshawn and Kylie were especially unhelpful. Kylie in particular was rude and sarcastic rather than respectful. These type of employees are why sports stores are failing.
