  BE AWARE WHEN EXCHANGING ITEMS I had a situation without a receipt, all I wanted was an exchange due to shirt size being bigger, The only way they would accept the exchange without receipt (I’m not sure what they did) was by trying to offer me $23 on a $45 item. How???? Of course, I refused. I didnt even want credit nor cashback, i was only asking for an exchange of a smaller shirt size like cmon. Very disappointed with Academy in Edinburg. Please do better!!!

  Sorry about my last post, it wasn’t intended for this Academy in Edinburg, TX it was for another store in a different area. This store is clean and the people that work there have good customer service or at least try to help you.
