  Bad customer service in the gun section a kid got on his feelings and refused service because he accused me of recording and I was scrolling through the academy website to show them what gun I wanted to see. I say if they’re that emotional they shouldn’t be working around guns

  In this store in the firearms department, the attention to pick up the weapon is a disappointment because they do not value the customer's time nor do they show any interest in solving the problems that occur in the system because it is a federal matter. They should be more serious and have better communication since in my case I live 2 hours from the store and even knowing if it is ready to pick up is a problem. I have gone several times and I have had to return only with a disappointment. En esta tienda en el departamento de las armas de fuego la atención para recoger el arma es una decepción debido a que no valoran el tiempo del cliente ni se muestra interés alguno por resolver los problemas que presentan en el sistema debido a que es un asunto federal deberían tener más seriedad y mejor comunicación ya que en mi caso vivo a 2 horas de la tienda y hasta para saber si está lista para recoger es un problema eh ido varias veces y eh tenido que regresarme solamente con la una decepción
