  Prices are steep, even on sale items. Staff are not knowledgeable as to where to find certain items.

  On the door it states that people can open carry a gun, and my gun was open not hidden in the slightest and they proceeded to yell at me to take it to the front counter,and then they took my gun from me and put it in a safe without my permission. Put it on the goddamn door if you can not carry a gun to the gun counter.

  Visited your Grapevine location back in early September looking for new walking shoes. Joey the salesman was absolutely proactive in finding supportive, kiss your feet athletic wear! He understood my needs for all day sight seeing, so I would not tire too quickly. Thanks Joey for being professional by knowing your product inside and out!
