  We were traveling and had sime equipment failure for a trail run. Academy was open until 9pm and had just what we needed. The associates were helpful and friendly.

  I recently had a furstrating interaction in your Knoxville, TN Store. Apparently when your company runs online only sales it is only posted in the middle if the app and not at the top when you first open the app. I literally work next to this location and needed some last minute items before a trip. I logged into the app and saw that there was a discount on the items I needed. Great, I'll just run in and grab them. Nope when I got to the register I was informed it was an online only sale and it's posted in the app. It was posted in the middle where you wouldn't find it if you are just looking up the items you need. Also no where on the item's page explains why there is a discount. If I would have known this I would have placed an order for pick up. The manager was unwilling to price match with the store's website and I had to order my items and then wait for the order to be filled. I explained I was in a hurry and he didn't seem to care. Also, the text update feature is very lagging. I over waited on a text that never came. He did allow me to pick my items up at the front but it was still very frustrating having to wait when I had proof things were poorly displayed.

  As is usually the norm, there is one bathroom stall in the women's restroom dedicated for disabled folks & the lock is broken, has been for awhile & this is completely unacceptable. So, guests in wheelchairs must use the facilities with a wide open door? No dignity?
