  There’s a reason why this store is slow and has no customers. Nasty toilets, rude employees, and extremely slow checkout (despite the fact literally no customers are there) these are best ways to lose your loyal customers. In my case I was in to purchase a hunting rifle and got met with a guy named Kyle with a nasty rude attitude, I walked up and left wasn’t going to put up with that. It doesn’t take much to at least being polite.

  Very Disappointing Experience I came in to purchase a hunting rifle (well over $1,000) and was shocked at how rudely I was treated. When I asked questions about the background check—explaining that I’ve had issues before due to having a very common name—the woman behind the counter mocked me by throwing up quotation marks and saying “riiight.” I was taken aback but still tried to proceed with my purchase. When I spoke with the gentleman at the counter, he was also dismissive and short. After I explained my situation, he snarked, “Well, I’ve been here 5 years and never heard of that,” and then told me, “Too bad, I’ve got customers ahead of you, it’ll take at least 45 minutes to an hour.” My brother and I decided to leave at that point. I later called and spoke with a manager (Todd or Josh, I don’t recall exactly), but he didn’t seem to care either. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. I walked in prepared to spend serious money, but the way I was treated was unprofessional, rude, and completely unnecessary. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning....
