  The store is good but customer service is not the best. No one willing to help you if you have a question about items is like they toss the ball to one an other, my wife also told me she had a negative experience with cashiers being rude telling her READ the prompts on card reader! as she was taking time not familiar with it instead of being nice and helpful . Then i have had two issues with them not wanting to honored labeled discounts or online discount ..i purchased a $500 item online special was $100 off in the store is was there full price. So i ordered it online for $400.. just minutes later my order gets canceled i showe up to the store nobody could help or know what happened my order vanished according to them..wanted me to pay full price at the store. Walked away with my money to amazon

  Very complete in terms of options in apparel and sports but the service is lacking. A Lot! No smiles, not even a greeting from the cashiers. Just "next on #...". No, thank you or have a good day or a you're welcome when I say thank you. I go on a regular as I have my kids in sports and the cashiers and service people walking around are rarelyl inviting/pleasant. But again, I go for what I need and they always seem to have it.

  The price for a ping pong net with clamps was the same as Amazon. I applied for a credit card just to save $15. The net is kind of expensive with taxes but it is quality.

  There are items available in-store that are not available online, but items in-store are more expensive than online. I went to get a specific pack of hunting arrows. Online one arrow is $7.99, so six would be $47.94, but it's not sold as a pack online. That arrow isn't sold individually in-store, it is sold as a pack of six for $54.99. I was basically charged an extra $7.05 (plus taxes) for coming into the store.
