  customer service is horrible. I was in the shoe department for 30 minutes, looking for a pair of shoes never could find anyone to help me and then when I came to customer service, I was treated like it was my fault.

  Good for quick runs. Customer Service has never been bad and I appreciated Justin bringing the shoes to the register due to my injured knee. The team was also diligent in pulling my online order quickly once we found out the sales price was for online purchases only. Thank you to the Customer Service manager on duty.

  Justin was very helpful today. We bought 3 deer stands and an outdoor heater, but in order to get the scanned price we had to place an order online & wait about 15 minutes for it to be ready. Justin loaded everything onto a flatbed cart and talked to us while we waited. Then helped load the items into the truck. It's nice to have workers that are helpful and courteous!

  The young lady restocking mens boots and Ms Michelle (sorry for misspelled name phone autocorrected) was very knowledgeable and helpful. She was very courteous, kind, helpful and understanding when I came in the store on last Friday morning (Oct 3rd) as the store was opening to purchase work boots for my grandson. I sincerely appreciate her expert recommendation and look forward to seeing her again for future purchases.
