    I had a bit of a rough experience with Cashier number 6 at 4:55 pm on October 18th. She seemed a bit unfriendly, and I think it would be helpful if you could train her on customer service. So, I was in line, and she called someone else from other lines to come in front of me.

    This place is excellent! They have plenty of parking (which is a huge plus) and the store is always fully stocked, so you can find what you need quickly. Everything is well kept and organized, and the staff is genuinely helpful and friendly. A great, easy shopping experience! I will definitely come back for more outdoor equipment shopping!

    Frustrating Experience at Academy Sports + Outdoors (West Spring, TX) I had a highly disappointing experience at the Academy Sports + Outdoors located in West Spring, TX today. I checked your website, saw pants on sale, and drove to the store to try them on. Upon reaching the register, I was told the sale price was "online only." This is a ridiculous policy for an item physically held in your store. To complete the purchase, I bought the pants on my phone right at the register for in-store pickup. Despite the fact that the associate had the physical pair of pants I was purchasing, it took over 30 minutes for the Academy team to "fulfill" the order and hand the pants back to me. The process was needlessly complicated and a major waste of time. Your team needs to streamline the online pickup process and re-evaluate your pricing policies to avoid frustrating customers.
