  I ordered online for pick up. No status was given, I called to check on my purchases. When called I was left on hold close to 10 mins. I called prob another 6 times each time picked up and on hold. Literally ended up canceling my order in total. Give me money back. Terrible customer service. Leadership at this location get it together who you have answer these phones. Terrible and unacceptable.

  Looking to purchase some shorts the store only had 2 I needed 5. Asked if maybe they had more elsewhere and the lady told me to order them on line. The online store was not helpful kept saying I could not order them in store only. The sad thing about this whole thing was i spent about $300.00 and the employee didn't even try to locate more for me.

  Poor customer service. One register open and a line of customers waiting to be attended. Manager needs to keep on top of this. It’s awful.

  Love Academy. But the bathrooms are very dirty I did mention this to an associate and they just looked at me. Sad

  Extremely horrible service. Was waiting for 30 minutes for someone to come and unlock a yeti cooler that I wanted to buy. No one came. I asked two different representatives for help and both stated they were going to send someone. After 30 minutes of waiting, I took off and I told The representative in the front that greets you about my experience. All she stated was “oh well sorry” .
