  DO NOT TRUST “ready within an hour” if you ACTUALLY NEED IT!!! They will do NOTHING to hurry if you beg either & then you’ll get the text that they’re out of stock after you’ve waited over an hour. DICKS SPORTING GOODS FOR LIFE 💯

  Well situated store, unfortunately geared toward men more than women so women's items are not plentiful all the time.

  I just went to this Academy and experienced the most incompetent cashier I've ever met. Ultimately, I just abandoned my cart and went to a different store.

  The manager on duty treated me like a criminal. I bought two pairs of shoes that day after being followed by what i believe was loss pervention, but honestly it was late and i lind of understood . So that did not bother me. What did bother me? Well when the manager walked up to the casher i was next in line to cash out from, and in front of the customer checking out and myself, LOUD enough for everyone to hear, said " check both boxes and shoe price, make sure she didnt switch them out" Now how on earth i didnt take the shoes and put them down (throw them at manager more like) and walk out? Well i dont know, maybe cause i had a point to prove. How very very rude, judgemental, and embarrassing. I will not understand that part, ever. I left in tears. 😢😞

  Clean store with nice employees. However, there's not enough of them and when you need help, they act like, they're about to get in trouble from their manager for walking you over and helping you with picking the right equipment. I thinking poor management, but I'm not sure.
