    Showed they had a product online, I called to verify the product was in stock and was put on hold for 10minutes and never picked the phone back up. Drove to the location and they didnt have the product. Typical academy bullshit

    Mike the hispanic male so called assistant manager is very rude and curses and lashes out at customers/ people how this guy is a so called ASSISTANT manager i dont know ive complained to corporate twice

    I’m very upset and angry at the security guard and cashier employee that work here. The security guard eye balling at us like we were going to steal something he made me feel uncomfortable. We tried on some sweaters and we went to the checkout line and the girl that rang us up should be retrained or laid off. She asked if we had a credit card membership which at the end we decided not to get. She put the sweaters in a bag pushing them in the bag with force like she is mad at doing her job. When I asked if she could put them in a separate bag she rolled her eyes then had the nerve to hand me the bag and order mi to bag my own items. I feel like that was very rude of her because that is her job she is getting paid to do that. Is that the way you treat your customers that come to buy items it’s no wonder people don’t want to shop here anymore. I don’t appreciate the experience I had during my visit. I’m the customer you don’t treat your customers like that. I would really like to talk to the person in-charge of this store because this is unacceptable.
