  Latoya or LaTanya working at the front registers needs to get a different job. She doesn't respond well to a customer saying hey how are you. I got a mumbled non eye contact response. I felt like I was putting her out by just existing. As someone who has worked with the public for decades, not even being able to fake a smile for two seconds is bad customer relations. The only reason you're getting two stars is because Bobby Hill was awesome and has great customer service skills. He should coach LaWhatever.

  *ADDED RECEIPT FOR PROOF * That Indian looking lady working as a cashier during September 26 closing shift was absolutely rude. She has no customer service capabilities at all. I bought a pair of golf shoes and gloves. She scanned the item and told me to grab plastic bags from another counter because she didn’t have them. She was pointing it at me instead of grabbing it herself and putting the items in the bag. What kind of employee does this! She also has no etiquette of saying Hi or have a good day. She is acting like she is a street vendor in Mumbai . I told the acting manager but the guy seemed pretty young so I don’t know he would do anything about it. I intend to talk to the Store manager or the corporate if store manager doesn’t give me decent answers.
