  I visited the Midlothian location last night, and the manager, Olivia, was extremely rude and unprofessional. I hope this location makes better hiring decisions in the future—she is not fit for a leadership role.

  Customer service is a level below non-existent. There are multiple employees meandering around the store; all of which will walk past you and not speak or even acknowledge you. I even spoke to an employee as he passed by me in the aisle (a tight aisle) and he acted like he didn’t hear me lol. I prefer DSG anyways.

  The store is ok enough but they carry just about every college in the state except Virginia Tech, which probably has more alumni in Richmond than any other school. No reason to go back as I will have to go to a competitor or online for Hokie Gear

  Ordered a pistol got a email saying it was ready for pickup . So I went the next morning when they opened .they told me at the gun counter we can't help you into 4pm .I drove an hour and a half there it was 8:10 am . He acted like he didn't want to help me . I then went to front of store and ask up front why a gun store couldn't help me with my pistol order into 4pm when they open at 8am. They told me that they could help me after they get done with inventory that he was busy and I interrupted them .so that why he told me to come back a 4pm after I told them I just drove an hour and a have there .rude and that's there job .I canceled order never going back.

  For purchasing a firearm, They have extra approvals after ATF and VA State Police approval according to store policy by their manager which is fine..? but the issue is, that manager hours is only 8-4pm which mean even their store and firearm counter opens till 10pm, you can only pickup firearm between 8-4. This is so dumb and it’s the only firearm store I have ever seen doing this. Extra approvals by store policy is fine, but please set the hours of firearm counter opens till 4pm otherwise what is the point of open till 10pm but nobody can walk away government approved firearms
