  When I got the bike everything was perfect, even the staff was friendly. The day after I got it, it started to break down and the handlebar kept coming off. The bike was on display so I expected it to be not perfect. Such a waste of $160, I do not recommend. The brakes broke the first day….

  I purchased a bicycle, 2 helmets, and 3 pairs of shorts. The bicycle was priced at $169. We had an employee to get it down from the rack on the wall. I take the bike, 2 helmets, and shorts to the register. They tried to charge me $199 for the bike. The helmet was on the $29.99 hook, but they charged me $64. I showed them where the helmet was, and they couldn’t even find the SKU for that helmet anywhere in the section, it was just hanging randomly. The shorts were 1/2 price, but they only gave me 1/2 price for 2 pairs, not all three. Had I not read my receipt with a fine tooth comb, I would’ve spent $73 more than I owed!! They honored everything I mentioned, but I had to catch the errors. I will not be going back too soon, even though they have nice stuff. Managers there seem to have attitudes when you call them out for misleading customers.
