  Was told to pick my order up that it was ready twice Nd both times when I got there the same day was told I needed to wait an hour to pick up my purchase. When I calmly said that thiabis terrible customer service after they tried to blame me the “customer” saying you came at a bad time. The manager Christian was a horrible jerk who tried to make me out to be in reasonable when I told him he had terrible customer service. What a joke. I was spending hundreds of dollars there but canceled the order and will never be back. I will drove to Cabelas then ever shop here again and I will spread how I was treated to all the veteran and military community. No wonder the store is always empty.

  I waited for a long time for someone to come and open the gun cabinets to look at hand guns. A guy called someone to come and help us but after 15 mins they still weren’t there. He needed up asking them about 3 more times on when they were going to be there. I ended up leaving in the end because I was at 20 minutes of waiting at that point.

  The worst customer service so many young people working and not willing to assist. I will return to my usual store in short pump where the workers are happy to assist. Only guy was willing was a fellow in the camping and outdoors but had some type of head piece on but the other two in golfing and women's clothing was lazy and not customer friendly at all
