  Terrible customer service at the checkout by the worker named “David” older white guy. Rude, felt rushed, called me a liar when I wanted to price check off the stores website. Very condescending tone and wouldn’t check out the second order and made me move to another checkout.

  Bad gun buying experience . Ended up with a non likeing gun, no returns no refunds. If i could have cocked the lever, i would have known it was too small. Firearm guy didnt know anything about guns. Mang. Was little bitchy.

  You’d think Academy would have figured out by now how to get customers with 3 items through a line in less than 5 minutes. Trying to upsell the “Pre approved academy cards” when there is one guy at the registers and a stacking line of 6 people. Rough.

  Went there this morning to buy from sporting goods person incharge there saw me at the gun counter wouldnt come over didnt ask if i needed help i hung around for 10 minutes never got any help. Probably sees me as an illegal cause im Latino?
