  Customer service is at an all time low here with certain employees. Went in to get a pickup order and headed to the first person I saw which was a fellow aa woman. Her attitude was very stiff, dry and non verbal. As she was able to laugh and talk to her coworkers all she gave me was a finger as I said “Hi I’m here for a pickup”. My 2 star review would have been a complete 1 if another employee didn’t come to speak and be kind. I don’t understand why it’s so hard to properly greet people. The building is nice and has amazing things and is very clean. But that employees lack of service would have kept me from coming back. Store 10/10 Service from her -1000/10

  I don’t shop here and expect the pinnacle of customer service like these other reviewers. I shop here because the deals are good and availability of items. Typically the advertised online sale price is cheaper than the price listed in the store so I place all my orders online for store pick up and never have any issues. Always the cheapest place to get ammo.

  I live in Gastonia, NC. I stopped by the Gastonia store to try and find a pair of Brooks running shoes, specifically the Brooks Revel 7, in the all black colorway. I needed a size 8.5 men. They did not have this shoe in stock at the gastonia location, but an associate at the gastonia location checked for me to see if the shoe was available in an 8.5 men. The associate assured me this store had the shoe I was looking for in the size I needed. The shoe was on sale as a 'hot deal' for 25 dollars off an original price of 100 dollars. I proceeded to drive an hour to get to this store in heavy traffic in order to obtain this shoe, as i needed the shoe today, not in 3 days, or else i would've had it ordered by the associate at the gastonia location. When i got to this store I looked for said shoe in said colorway, and could not find it. I proceeded to get help from an associate to help me find the shoe. I showed them where online it reflected the shoe was in stock in store. They were unable to locate the shoe, and could not even show me a display model of said shoe in any size, but said 'it does say we have it in stock' when they checked on one of their handheld devices. I then asked to speak to a manager by the name of Caleb regarding the issue, and asked if they could reflect the same 'hot deal' on a pair of Brooks Revel 8s, as they are the same original price of 100 dollars, given the time and effort I went through trying to obtain the shoe, and that I was given falsified information regarding the stock. I was told ' he didnt know who i talked to, and sorry they gave me the wrong information, but all he could do is give me a 5% off coupon for my trouble, but could do nothing else'. He was very rude and did not attempt to make anything right, and could've obviously cared less if his customers are satisfied. I would never shop here. They don't care about customer satisfaction or uphold any type of customer service standards, nor does it matter to them if their stores inventory software reflects what is actually available in store. Caleb should not be in a position of management. Save yourself the hassle and don't shop here.
