  Only one women’s hiking ankle boot to choose from. Several entire ROWS of men’s hiking boots. The one women’s one was a nice Columbia boot but only for light hiking and would never hold up to more challenging trails. Won’t be back.

  Manager honored the online price and helped me. I am still giving this location a five star review just because of how great the customer service was, but the guy behind the counter at gun section told me the wrong information resulted in me buying the wrong part

  Really rude manager and I feel bad for the only cashier. She had a line of about 6 people and the manager and employees were just standing around talking. Really poor management

  Lazy boys working in the sporting goods section. One of them literally looked me rightbin the eye, then went in the back to avoid helping me. I stood waiting for around 20 minutes. In my opinion, it all trickles down from bad management. Unfortunately, this is the world we are living in. Don't waste your time going to Academy Sports. I left soon after alerting a manager to the situation. He took the side of his employees.
