  I recently visited this store with my daughter. She recently started running 5k’s with her boyfriend and wanted some good shoes for her birthday. We went to the shoe department and realized we had no idea what we needed to look for in a running shoe. We were greeted by an employee who was working with another customer. She returned shortly and we were SO grateful that SHE was there to help and educate us. After chatting for a few minutes, we learned that she was a retired marathon runner and definitely an expert in all things concerning running and shoes! She didn’t just point to a shoe and tell us to buy it, she explained the various features available (who knew there were so many!), showed us options based on value, durability, versatility, etc. Another consideration was that my daughter is a professional dancer, choreographer and instructor so her feet bring different challenges that Pam was able to address. After a short time, she gave us our two best options and we chose a shoe that my daughter is thrilled with! I know that without the help and input from Pam, who never made us feel like the dummies we knew ourselves to be, we might still be trying to figure out what to buy! Thank you so much to our new friend and shoe-guru, Pam!

  The employee was rude. The place is nice though and sells a lot of things. Just tell your employees to be nicer. He told us to get off the fitness equipment even though we had done it at previous locations and had no problems. Will not be back.
