  Wow, see how many negative feedbacks in a week even after I complained to the corporate about my experience I had. This store is a joke ..!! ****Make sure you have your video/ voice recorder on while you are in the store for any purchase / if you call them on phone have call recording on .. !!***** Worst employees and manager ..!!   EXTREMELY rude employees the only person who was polite was the one seen in the third photo. The manager antagonized me and my family, failed to control her employees’ tempers, and allowed the woman behind her to cuss and insult me even after I apologized. The woman in red gave dirty looks and argued with us, while the employee folding clothes (seen behind the manager in pink) insulted us and called security ALONG with emergency services!?! just because we glanced her way after she had been staring at us for no reason. Overall, this was an extremely unpleasant and unprofessional experience. I will not be returning to this location.

  Worst academy I’ve been to in my life, most of the staff was extremely unprofessional and rude, without offering any true customer assistance.

  Terrible customer service, picked up a soccer ball and instantly was harassed by manager. clearly having a bad day, doesn’t know how to control her emotions.

  The Black woman manager with the braided bun was extremely rude. While I was standing in line, she skipped over me and my family to help someone who had just walked in with an online order. After finishing with that person, she looked directly at us and walked away without offering any assistance. As a fellow Black woman, I was really disappointed by her attitude and lack of professionalism.
