    Went in to buy some camping supplies. The store was very well laid out and i found the camping section easily. They had multiple options to choose from and it was reasonably priced. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was able to find what I needed for our upcoming camping trip.

    Pricing issue, store vs online The staff seemed so disgruntled the day I went. The two guys were arguing with each other about cleaning up and who would help me. Felt a bit uncomfortable. I bought a Franklin waffle ball and bat and told one of the guys that the price online was 9.99 vs what he charged me as 14.99. Once they looked at the online price and product, they realized the SKU on online didn't match any product in the store on their end, but if you looked online, the only Franklin wiffle ball and bat only showed 9.99 and was available in their store. So I said I'll just buy the cheaper option they have in store, but they realized that the items listed online for 9.99, that were available in store, had some random SKU that didn't match their systems products, but the pictures were of the exact product and the item number were the same. Technically the online product should never have been listed. It took over 30 min, 3 employees to figure out what was happening. In the end, I left with the wiffle bat and ball, paying the higher price because the employees said, they understand that there is an issue on their end but they can't do anything because upper management "is on their case". In the end, I wasted my time going to pick up this item I saw available on their site for a lower price and ended up paying more because their website didn't list the price of the product correctly.

    Check your receipts carefully!! The item was marked $29.99 and I was charged $34.99. That’s a 15% markup. Not the first time I’ve had pricing issues at this location. I contacted corporate online but they said I would have to return to the store for an adjustment/refund.
