They “no showed” on a scheduled appointment, I gave them 1* because they called the day before to confirm a appointment and address they even texted me the day of appointment with a reminder that they were on their way. I waited, but “NO SHOW and NO Follow up”🤷‍♀️🤣😞

We've been using this company for several years to keep insects at bay (as much as possible anyway). Every technician who has serviced our home has been professional and courteous, including Chad who treated our home today. They arrive on schedule, and they've also been flexible when we needed to reschedule. We would not hesitate to recommend this company for quality pest control services.

Beware! this company seems to be running a scam. First They advertise giving you a $500 discount to lure you into using their fumigation company. Second, we were accused of holding up the job because not everything was bagged and some items were left out. On the day of the fumigation, the lead crew member, Bernard, who was and doing a walk through advised us that some other items, that we thought were ok due to factory seals needed to be bagged, which we did in a very quick manner, five to ten minutes tops. He also reassured us that we have time to get this done before the job gets started because he was still doing the walk through inspection. Also some windows needed to be opened, which again we did in a rapid manner only a couple of minutes while walk through was being done. One bag of items was double bagged in the sealed nylofilm bag that was left on the kitchen counter, others were in the refrigerator, freezer and pantry. By a total of approximately 10 minutes we had everything that was instructed bagged, windows open and were out the door to leave. No big deal. Then just as we were leaving an office worker called to relate information that we will get charged $400. Because per the contract we did not have our food packed in the nylofilm bags and we held up the job for an hour. All of which was not true because before we left, Bernard made sure that everything was packed properly. Nothing was left out unpacked prior to our departure. He told us multiple times that we have time to bag the few items, again which took us approximately 5 to 10 minutes. We had one double bag sealed with in the appropriate bag on the countertop so we didn’t think that was any problem. Again, Bernard told us that we had time to pack because he was still doing the walk through and the bad on the counter was fine. We had everything sealed within 5 to 10 minutes. We don’t understand how this Office clerk who called could accuse us of not bagging items and holding up the job for a hour when they weren’t even here and the timing of this call seemed very suspicious. The next day and per the no entry poster on the door that was signed off by Bernard, that the tent had been removed at 0945 that morning. The office also advised that we would get a call back when we could reenter. After waiting till 1430 that afternoon we called absolute termite and they put us on hold several times. Finally we again called back and after a long hold we got through and were then able to ask when can we go back into the house. They said that it would have to get cleared first before you can enter and they said we should hear back between 1500 to 2000 this evening. Well, I heard nothing from the company by then and they were now closed. I had to leave a message on the recorder and it’s now about 7 PM in the night. Then Someone calls us back, seemly unaware of having to clear our house and told us now that someone would be over to do the clearance test. The tent was taken off at 9:45 in the morning, by right it should’ve been cleared to come in at 3 o’clock. But they failed to even call or check on the house. I don’t know if this was on purpose but if I didn’t call I’m not sure if anyone would have come by to inspect, open the house or advise us when to enter. This is a fine example of poor communication on part of Absolute Pesticide control . I will not deal with them ever again. The office clerk was very rude and unprofessional in that we were charged 400$ from our 500& discount because she accused us for not packing items and holding up the job, and they said all that without even being present.

Great company and great work. We had a general pest spray and after 7 days we have noticed how effective it was. No more roaming trails of black ants and lots of other dead critters I never noticed before. Scheduling was simple and the technician gave us a heads when they will arrive on the day of the appointment. The customer service rep was nice to deal with over the phone, from making the appointment, billing/payment and follow up questions. I’m glad I have this company a call for pest services.

We paid $3,905 under contract for termite fumigation with Absolute Termite and Pest Control, and the work was never performed. The fumigation was scheduled for October 8, with an estimated arrival window of 10–11am. The company did not show up until 6:37pm, more than eight hours late, without giving me any proactive updates. I repeatedly called and texted throughout the day seeking a realistic ETA, but was given vague or misleading information instead of honest communication. When the crew finally arrived, they walked the property and assured me the job would proceed. Less than an hour later, I received only text messages citing “issues” and was told the work would be rescheduled. I had specifically asked for a phone call if there were concerns, but no call ever came through. My phone has no record of any attempted call from the company. I responded to their texts as soon as I saw them and returned to the property within 20 minutes, but the crew had already left. The “issues” they raised took me only a few minutes to fix. The fact that the cited issues took me only a few minutes to correct underscores how avoidable this entire situation was. It gives the impression that the late arrival, minimal communication, and sudden cancellation were more about convenience for the crew at the end of the day than about any genuine barrier to completing the work. I was left with significant costs—hotel expenses, lost time from work, and business disruptions—and still no fumigation service. Since then, my follow-up calls and messages about rescheduling have gone unanswered. This experience fell far below basic standards of professionalism and reliability. At this point, I simply want the company to honor its contract, communicate responsibly, and complete the work I paid for. I should note that I have relied on this company for both residential and commercial pest control service for several years and generally viewed their work in a positive light, which is why I trusted them with fumigation. I have also referred the company to friends. To be fair, the regular pest control service technicians have typically been helpful and competent, and my prior interactions with admin staff were pleasant. Unfortunately, this fumigation experience has tainted that history and left me questioning whether to continue our relationship moving forward. Update – October 28, 2025 I want to provide an update to my initial review. The fumigation was completed on 10/23, and I thank the crew for arriving in the morning as scheduled. The lead technician on site was professional, and the work itself went smoothly. After the tenting was removed and gas service restored, I discovered a few minor damages (including a broken tile near one entrance, a partially dislodged gate post, and slight gutter damage). I submitted photos and video to management, and received a voicemail response on Friday, 10/24 around 4:25 PM acknowledging receipt of the damage report. The manager also stated that someone in their office (“Brit”) had seen my review and that she would like to discuss it with me. I appreciate when a business takes feedback seriously and works to make things right. They clearly made an effort to ensure the fumigation was completed properly on the second visit, and I welcome continued communication to address the remaining minor damage items.
