  I bought a new AC Pro HVAC for my townhouse a couple of years ago from Absolute and joined the VIP Membership to save some money on the annual service maintenance. Today I had the pleasure of meeting Sevin Franklin who was the technician who serviced the unit. He was on time, thorough and professional. He was quick in completing the service and showed me pictures afterwards. I feel at ease knowing my unit is clean and ready for the winter.

  Technician Raymond did a complete check/diagnostic of working components to insure all were within spec working range. Heat airflow temperature was checked at registers. Air scrubber had malfunctioned and required replacement which was important correction due to family member having asthma. Raymond took time to explain all steps in his inspection and adjustments/repairs. We strongly recommend Raymond and Airflow.

  Absolute Airflow is the best. I called several places because my kitchen drain was clogged and they all told me that they could not give me an estimate without coming to my house. What I learned is that this was really because they wanted to up sell me to a service I didn't need. When I called Absolute they immediately gave me a quote that was very fair and reasonable. Jacob Sayer was the tech that came out and he was very friendly and professional. He got the clog removed in less than 40 minutes. I would use Absolute Airflow again.

  My condo needs air duct cleaning. I submitted request through google form. I got text back right away. I provided all my information and also requested some rough idea about the cost. Just one hour before appointment time, a technician called to confirm. Technician then quoted a price about 10 times of original text quote. I called the office and they promised technician will be out to actually do the quotation. Despite all that, I still want technician to be here to have real quote even I may liable for $69 dispatch fee. By the time appointment window is almost over, no one showed up. I called office again. They claimed my quote is generated by AI. I really want to question this company that isn’t AI they used part of their company? Are they simply just trying to make as much money as they can when you are hooked if you don’t want to pay that dispatch fee and do the search all over again. This is google guaranteed company. I think google is just trying to make money and doesn’t even what google is guaranteeing.

  I called to get an estimate on duct cleaning. First, Jeff F showed up and told my wife the ducts are too old and can’t be cleaned. They are less than 10 year old R6 ducts. Then after he called the office they decided I needed a $79 inspection first. They then sent Tyrone out two days later. He did a 90 min inspection and was not sure why we were told the ducts were too old but did point out cuts in the R6 ducts that did not penetrate the insulation. He claimed they would “leak” and would be causing inefficiency in the system. He also pointed out low Freon and a loud motor on my one of my exterior units. The cuts were not something I had not seen before and he took many pictures of this straight cuts on my ducts in random spots. He then said he would need to charge $3K to fix the fan and add Freon. I know California has new rules and I have had service by others on my rental properties recently so I’m aware it’s a full fluid change. He also said the ducts would need to be replaced due to the cuts in the surface though it did not penetrate more than the cover. I got a second opinion today. They told me the cuts are minor and could be repaired with thermal tape. Estimate for them to tape up the cuts that look fresh would be $1500 including a day of Labor. I could go on, but I would summarize that I was mystified by both your techs approach and claims. I will not be using your services on any of my properties.
