Tina could not have been nicer and fit me in first thing the next morning. The owner, Marc came out and explained why my old unit wasn’t working - and explained it 3 more times so I understood. He gave me a fair price and came out the following day with a new unit. I cant recommend them enough!

There was a miscommunication about final charge but it was resolved, got refunded for the difference in question, which shows that company's priority is to keep their customers satisfied and not just to make a buck off of them.
