  What a great family owned business. I scheduled a pump out of about 2000 gallons and Lisa in the office set up a date at 8am. John was on time, scouted the job and got to work. Taught me some things about the system. Glad I got this done when I did. Everyone should get routine service BEFORE failure happens. In two minutes, they found a second cover I didn't even know was there. Experience tells. When they were done they left it as close to as it was as possible. The price was as I was told and I was almost happy to write the check to get the piece of mind. Quality work, quickly done and on time. I appreciate that.

  Our septic system backed up into our basement and as it turns out, the old system/leach field need replacing. After the issue was discovered by another local company that came to pump it when the emergency arose, we spoke with that company to schedule an estimate for replacement, but they never got back to us. A neighbor then recommended Abrahamson. We called Steve and he showed up promptly the next day, assessed the situation and provided his recommendations, the first of which was to install a separate leach field for our water softener system. Steve took charge and immediately made arrangements with the local health district for test pits/perc testing for that system and the septic/leach field itself. While waiting for the approval of the plans for the septic, Steve got right to work on the approved water softener system leach field and completed the job within a few days, leveling out the area when the job was completed, spreading seed, and the new grass is already coming in nicely! We're still awaiting approval of the septic system plans, but so far we've been more than happy with Abrahamson Septic and expect everything to go just as smoothly with that installation. We've found Steve and his crew to be very accommodating, knowledgeable, courteous and professional throughout the whole process so far, and would highly recommend Abrahamson Septic as the first point of contact for any septic issues you may experience. It's always refreshing in this day and age to find local contractors who takes pride in their work and value their customers, and Steve/Abrahamson Septic is certainly at the top of our list in that regard!
